1. What We Collect
We collect your email address (for authentication), payment data (processed by Stripe — we never store card details), and the coordinates and business types you analyze (to generate your report).
2. How We Use It
Your data is used solely to provide the service: authenticate your account, process payments, and generate location reports. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
3. Data Retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.
4. Cookies
We use localStorage to maintain your session. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are used.
5. Third Parties
"Platform" means the ProiectulPixel.ro/us/ web application and all associated services. "User" means any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Platform. "Report" means the PDF document generated by the Platform following a location analysis. "Credits" means the prepaid virtual units that enable report generation.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, making a payment, or using any feature of the Platform, you explicitly and fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you may not use the Platform.
3. Nature of Service — Informational Tool, Not Professional Advice
This Platform is an informational tool providing automated analysis of public geographic data. Reports generated do not constitute business, legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice; do not guarantee commercial success; and should not be the sole basis for any investment or business decision.
4. Data Limitations
Data comes from public third-party sources and may be incomplete or outdated. Users accept that:
- Coverage varies geographically. Dense urban areas have more complete data than rural or newly developed zones.
- Competitor data comes from Google Maps and is limited to publicly listed businesses — not all operators may be present.
- Walk Score is provided by walkscore.com and reflects their scoring methodology.
- Census data is from ACS 2022 and may not reflect current conditions.
- The Opportunity Score is an algorithmic indicator, not a comprehensive viability assessment.
5. Third-Party Services Used
- Google Maps — business data (name, address, category, rating, reviews, operational status) and geocoding (address ↔ coordinates).
- OpenStreetMap — map tiles displayed on the interactive map, ODbL license.
- Nominatim (OSM) — address geocoding used as fallback when Google is unavailable.
- Walk Score (walkscore.com) — walkability, transit and bike scores per address.
- U.S. Census Bureau — ACS 2022 demographic data at block group level.
- CARTO — map tile layer.
- Anthropic Claude API — AI-generated analytical text. Content is indicative and may contain inaccuracies.
6. Credits & Payments
- Credits are prepaid and valid for the duration of account activity.
- One credit is consumed upon successful generation of a location report.
- Credits are non-refundable per Section 7 below.
- Prices may be modified with 30 days notice; purchased credits are not affected.
7. No Refund Policy — Digital Product Delivered Immediately
Credits are non-refundable. By completing checkout, you confirm that the digital service (credits) is delivered immediately and that you waive any applicable withdrawal or cooling-off right. The only exception is non-delivery caused by a verified technical error on our side — contact us at contact@digitalmihai.com with your Stripe receipt.
8. Limitation of Liability
ProiectulPixel.ro shall not be liable for financial losses, business decisions, third-party data errors, or service unavailability. Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 30 days.
9. Acceptable Use
Prohibited: automated scraping, commercial redistribution of reports without written consent, use in institutional financing applications without clearly noting the informational nature of the data, any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Users may also refer to A.N.P.C. SAL for dispute resolution.
