No Refunds — Digital Product Delivered Immediately
Proiectul Pixel USA does not offer refunds for purchased credits.
Credits are a digital product delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. By completing checkout on Stripe, you confirm that:
- The digital service (credits) is delivered immediately;
- You waive any applicable cooling-off or withdrawal right;
- This waiver is irrevocable from the moment of payment confirmation.
The text displayed at Stripe checkout: "By purchasing this digital product, you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection law."
Exception — Failed Delivery
The only situation where a remedy may be provided is if Proiectul Pixel fails to deliver the credits after successful payment — for example, your Stripe payment was confirmed but credits did not appear in your account.
In this case, contact us at contact@digitalmihai.com with your Stripe payment confirmation. We will resolve the issue within 48 business hours.
Why No Refunds?
- Credits are delivered instantly and are usable immediately after purchase;
- Full information about what each analysis includes is available before purchase;
- You can review sample reports and documentation before buying;
- The no-refund waiver is clearly displayed and confirmed at checkout.
